Pioneer Legal assisted and advised Computerbilities Inc (“Computerbilities Inc”) in relation to its acquisition of 100% stake in Computerbilities Technology Center Private Limited (“Computerbilities India”) facilitating Computerbilities Inc to establish its legal presence in in India.

Computerbilities Inc. is a full-service IT service company founded by Mr. Adam Pittman providing various IT services such as network monitoring, data backup and disaster recovery, cloud computing, web development and SEO services to the local and federal government and small businesses. Computerbilities Inc. is based out of North Carolina.

Computerbilities India is engaged in the business of providing IT services and back-end support services to organisations.

The transaction team consisted of Shreya Masalia (Associate) and Anupam Shukla (Partner).
