May 3, 2023 is the last date to apply for a higher pension from the Employees’ Pension Scheme (EPS). However, eligible employees are still confused about the application process and the replacement mechanism and are awaiting clarifications from the Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO).
Since critical issues remain unresolved, employees are hoping that the deadline to apply for higher EPS pension will be extended.
