Pioneer Legal advised and assisted Kirloskar Ferrous (KFIL) in relation to its acquisition of Oliver Engineering Private Limited (OEPL), pursuant to the completion of OEPL’s corporate insolvency resolution process under the IBC, wherein KFIL was the successful resolution applicant.

KFIL is one of the leading castings and pig iron manufacturers in India. OEPL is engaged in the business of ferrous casting and machining, with a manufacturing facility located in Sandharsi, Rajpura, Punjab.
