Pioneer Legal advised the promoter of Enovate Lifestyles Private Limited (“Enovate”) in the sale of his shares in Enovate to Kalyan Jewellers India Limited (“Kalyan Jewellers”).

Enovate owns and operates an online jewellery shopping portal under the brand name – Candere which allows consumers to purchase precious stones and/or precious metal jewellery and accessories online on its website.

Kalyan Jewellers is one of India’s largest jewellery companies with over 150 showrooms, across India and the Middle East.
