Pioneer Legal successfully assisted, advised, and represented its client, a former Key Management Personnel (KMP) of a listed company, in a significant legal matter and navigated a criminal writ petition filed before the Bombay High Court for quashing a Look Out Circular (LOC) opened by the Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO).

The team secured seven interim orders permitting the client to travel abroad while the writ petition was pending. Ultimately, the Bombay High Court allowed the writ petition and quashed the LOC. – https://lnkd.in/d7_zdJUc
