Amber is one of the largest bootstrapped consumer internet businesses in India. It proposes to utilise the funds raised through this round for its global expansion.

The transaction advisory team consisted of Shreya Masalia, Niyati Khullar, Vedika Shah, Adwait Munje, and Anupam Shukla. Satish Kishanchandani, the Managing Partner, provided critical inputs on the transaction.
