Pioneer Legal advised Dr. Jaswant Singh Thind (“Dr. Thind”) and his family, and the operating entities namely Thind Eye Hospital (“TEH”), Thind Eye Hospital Private Limited (“TEHPL”), Thind Opticals and Medicines (“TOM”), and Dr Thind Eye Care Private Limited (“TECPL”) (collectively referred to as “Thind Entities”) in (i) transfer of the ophthalmology business from TEH, TEHPL and TOM to TECPL; and (ii) the sale of majority stake of Dr. Thind in TECPL to Dr. Agarwal’s Health Care Limited (“AHCL”).
