Pioneer Legal successfully represented Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) and its subsidiaries, Manaj Tollway Pvt. Ltd. (MTPL) and Man Projects Ltd. (MPL), in securing NCLT Mumbai’s approval for their merger under Sections 230-232 of the Companies Act, 2013.

The NCLT, in its order dated January 14, 2025, sanctioned the scheme, addressing key legal issues. The merger aims to enhance MICL’s asset base, revenue, and service offerings.
