We provide services to various clients in the insurance sector including corporate agents, insurance brokers and investors in the insurance sector. Our services include advising on investment/acquisition of insurance companies, liaising with the regulatory authorities to assist in obtaining approvals required for such investment transactions. We also advise and assist insurance companies, brokers and agents in relation to insurance agency agreements and insurance broking agreements.

KEY ASSIGNMENTS:
- Advising United Healthcare in acquiring Sedwick Parekh Health Management.
- Advising Global Insurance Services Brokers and its promoters, in their acquisition of the entire shareholding of Aon Holdings B.V in the Aon Global Insurance Brokers.
- Advising True North LLP in their acquisition of majority stake in Religare Health Insurance Company.
- Advising Towers Watson Group in its acquisition of minority stake in Towers Watson Insurance Brokers.
- Advising True North in structuring an investment in a holding company which has executed documents for investment in Max Bupa Health Insurance Company.
- Advising United Healthcare in acquiring Sedwick Parekh Health Management.
- Advising United Healthcare in its day-to-day operations in relation to their third party administrator business.
- Advising United Healthcare in setting an insurance broking business and commencement of operations in India.
- Advising Fincare Small Finance Bank in relation to execution of corporate agency agreements with Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Company and Religare Health Insurance Company.
- In addition to the transaction advisory and support on transactions in the insurance sector,
we also facilitate our clients in liaising with and seeking approvals from the IRDA providing
assistance on various issues in the insurance sector and providing regulatory advice on
various insurance regulations
