1. General

The information which may be collected by Us from You can by any information in relation to an identified or an identifiable person including but not limited to basic information like Your name, Your employer, Your title, Your position; contact information such as Your contact number, postal address, e-mail address.
In case of employees and Pioneer Legal consultants (retained lawyers) and/ or interns, certain financial information such as bank account details, biometric information, passwords and details of your kin, are collected by Us a part of Our business acceptance procedures and includes details of Your visits to Our offices or of any other meetings We may have with You; information you may provide to Us for the purposes of attending events or meetings, such as access or dietary restrictions or requirements; information provided to Us by You in relation to a job application; information in relation to your visit to Our Platform or in relation to materials and communications exchanged electronically; Your account information such as dates of payments made, owed or received or any other sensitive personal data or information provided to Us by You or obtained by Us from a third party. You may also choose to provide Us Information about Your physiological health condition, sexual orientation, and/or medical records or any other background information. (collectively referred to as “Information”).
We collect the Information about You, both through offline documentation that You may provide, as well as when You use Our Platforms.
We understand that the Information provided by You to Us is voluntarily. Collection, use, and disclosure of Information requires Your express consent unless there are other legal grounds available to us to collect such information as further specified in this Privacy Policy. Further, We may use Information relating to and as provided by You on Our social media platforms including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, to the extent it is relevant or relating to our services and You are aware/ part of it. If You connect with Us through any of these services, then such engagement will be subject to the terms of service and privacy policy of the relevant social media platform and You should review the same before connecting with Us on such social media platforms. Our processing of Your Information in the context of Your visit to, and use of Our Platforms are based on Our legitimate interests to operate an internet website and blogs for general information and communication purposes, to optimize Our website and blogs, and to protect it from attacks. Furthermore, Our processing of Your Information for providing regulatory updates or conducting other business development activities serves the legitimate interests of the users to receive training in legal matters and know-how and serves Our legitimate interests to develop Our business and promote client relationships.

You agree and undertake to indemnify Us in any suit or dispute by any third party arising out of disclosure of information by You to third parties either through Our Platforms or otherwise, and Your use and access of websites, applications and resources of third parties. We assume no liability for any actions of third parties with regard to Your Information which You may have disclosed to such third parties.
